Doñana — The Wetlands at the River's Mouth

Where the Guadalquivir meets the Atlantic, the river spreads into one of Europe's great wetlands: marsh, dune and pine forest holding hundreds of bird species across the migration seasons.

A day here is a different scale of quiet — boardwalks and observation points instead of streets, and a sky that does more than the buildings do. Access to the park's interior is regulated and arranged with licensed local operators; we build the day around the season and what is moving through it.
