The Alhambra and the Albaicín — A Walk
The Alhambra is usually met as a monument. Walked together with the Albaicín on the hill opposite, it becomes something else: two halves of one city that spent centuries looking at each other across a ravine.
The walk takes the palaces and gardens, then crosses to the old quarter — its cisterns, its walls, and the streets that still follow the lines they were given long before the Christian city was laid over them.
Alhambra entry is timed and sold separately, and in high season it books out weeks ahead. The walk is built around whatever slot you hold; tell us your time and it is arranged in that order.
